[WSBARP] FW: Construction Management Agreement for Tenant Improvements

Hello

Does anyone have a form agreement for a contract b/w commercial tenant and landlord for landlord to supervise building improvements. The lease has already been executed and tenant wishes to have landlord oversee TI to include selecting and contracting with GC or subs direct and contract administration through completion. Funds for improvements can be a deposit basis, but tenant needs assurances as to encumberances/liens, payment of the contractor or subs etc.
