Dear Jeff, as I read the governor’s moratorium it applies only to landlords, property owners and property managers.  A fellow tenant is none of those things.  Yours truly, Doug Owens

BF, in the military, leases client’s rental house.  He moves in his GF, has a baby, then is sent back east for more training.  GF moves in new BF and boxes old BF’s stuff and puts it in the garage.  GF and new BF are now in Hawaii for two weeks.  Old BF, the tenant, returns.  Question is can he box old GF stuff and put it in the garage?  I think he can as he is not a landlord, is the only one on the lease and pays the rent.  Aside from the drama, any thoughts on whether the governor’s moratorium applies?
