[WSBARP] Bank's Title Company Uses Wrong Legal Description in Deed of Trust

Listmates,

 

PC's secured a HELOC with one of two adjacent parcels of property.  The Big
Bank's title company used the wrong legal description in the Deed of Trust.
As a result, the PC's were forced to payoff the HELOC early which resulted
in significant investment losses.  Is the Bank or their title company liable
for the losses?
