[WSBARP] ISO - Valuation expert for IP for Asset Sale

A client operates a Foundation which owns the intellectual property associated with many works of art, including visual and literary; hundreds of works in total. The Foundation is a 501c3 entity.

She is exploring a sale of the Foundation (possibly to the current publisher, Routledge).

Can someone recommend a person/entity experienced with valuing the IP for use in negotiations with the publisher and possible third-parties?
