[WSBARP] Home in revocable trust

It doesn’t matter if it is a revocable trust. It is considered a resource. It will not disqualify either way, but an estate recovery lien will attach unless it is conveyed to the well spouse within one year.

This is conditioned on DSHS accepting that there is some reasonable possibility of the applicant returning to the home (or the spouse living there). DSHS used to take that for granted. I’m not sure if that is still the case.
