Vice versa. WA has never favored JTWROS. In WA a deed to two or more grantees is presumed that tenancy in common is created.

A vague memory of mine says a real property conveyance to multiple folks is considered jtwros if no tic is stated.  Correct? Or vice versa? Or something else?
