A potential client referred by another long term client needs some easement work; I can't do it right now; let me know if you are experienced and want this referral.

  He needs some easements and agreements drawn up between him and his neighbor to cover access issues and encroachments. He has a surveyor but the surveyor thought they needed a lawyer also.
