[WSBARP] Partial Release of Deed of Trust lien

Actually, the Partial Reconveyance is not an LPO form, I believe since the LPO would never be drafting the partial reconveyance, which is drafted by the trustee.  The request for partial reconveyance is an LPB form.
Attached is a Partial Reconveyance form I have used.  I wonder if anyone has any suggested amendments...?
