[WSBARP] Referral Island County real estate attorney easement

I have a client who is trustee of a trust that owns real property in Island County.  Heavy timber.  Looks to me like this parcel is landlocked so a litigator in Island County will probably need to threated private condemnation in order to get access from a neighboring land owner in order to be able to obtain an easement.
