Apparently no other options. I’m old enough to remember multiple long term
escrow companies in each city.



I’ve had clients in the past use Kootenai County Title without issues.  In
lovely Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.



I just called them and got a live body manager on the first ring and no
voice mail hell. They perform escrow services in Washington state.
