Colleagues,

I am assisting a colleague search for an associate attorney to practice
real property law in Cowlitz County (probably estate planning/litigation,
too). True, Cowlitz County does not have the urban amenities of Seattle;
however, there are a number of advantages a newly-minted associate or
graduate should consider, including:

   - Relatively low-cost of living compared to Seattle or Portland
   - Amazing natural wonders such as Mt. St. Helens and the Columbia River,
   for all our friends who enjoy the great outdoors
   - Overworked attorneys with no shortage of clients (because there is a
   shortage of attorneys practicing rurally!)
   - Close proximity to Portland or Seattle via I-5
   - Great place to gain experience and potentially build a law practice.

Please forward this email to anyone who might be interested. Longview/Kelso
is a wonderful place to live, especially if someone wants to raise a
family.

Thank you,
