Friday Harbor is on San Juan Island, in San Juan County.  There are several very capable attorneys in FH who have been doing this type of work for years, such as Robert Bulloch, Carla Higginson, Mimi Wagner, Thomas Sandstrom.  No need to go to Freeland, in Island County, for this work.
