[WSBARP] Squatter removal

Steve - I had squatters removed recently using the procedure you suggested.
Unfortunately our local law enforcement wouldn't do an RCW 9A.52
removal either. I was able to argue that the evictions moratorium does not
apply to an unlawful entry, and alternatively fit it under the
health/safety exception.
