Doug; I do this kind of work; right now I am defending a client against a City of Seattle Code enforcement case, and have done others involving Bellevue and Mercer Island. In an earlier life I prosecuted code enforcement cases for Snohomish County Prosecutor’s office, Civil Division. -Greg

PC has operated his property for 30 plus years as a construction staging area for heavy equipment, sand, gravel, containers, etc..  City of Renton annexed the property in 2008.  This month Renton issued 8 Code Violations for improper use of the property. Any referrals to someone knowledgeable in this area?
