Looking to refer a "PC" homeowner that has a dispute with their contractor.
Contractor caused damage to the property and didn't complete the job. PC
obtained a bid for repairs and completion. PC says that damages are around
$30k. Property is in Seattle. There is no written contract.

Here is where it gets interesting. PC submitted their claims through an
online arbitration forum: https://www.fairclaims.com/ I had never heard of
this but that doesn't mean that there is an issue with it. Contractor
engaged counsel who appeared through this online forum. Counsel for the
contractor then served a Claim of Lien and in response to the
complaint/arbitration demand on the platform asserts that the Claim of Lien
is not subject to the arbitration.

Arbitration is scheduled for October 14th and I am unavailable that day.
Thus, I am looking to refer them to someone. Who is available to assist
this PC?

Sam
