[WSBARP] Shared Well Agreement

Listmates,

 

I am trying to update a client's shared well agreement.  Fortunately, client
owns all six properties subject to the present Agreement so approval is not
an issue.  Does anyone have an Agreement that they are willing to share?
Have any of you dealt with the issue of what happens if the well has reduced
flow?  Does usage drop off for the most recent homes to hook up?
