Owner allows RV occupant to park, and live in, occupant's RV on owner's 
residential property, on condition that he guard and maintain owners 
house and property.  Owner spends months in a sunny clime.  Comes back, 
is dissatisfied with RV occupant performance and wants him gone.  Can he 
be removed in the days of COVID?  Does RCW 59.18.040 remove the 
relationship from control by the act?
