I'm seeking a referral, PC seeks advice on claim to adjacent, apparently untitled land.  Possibly a platting error but it's a fairly large area.  PC homeowner obtained some title work and potentially wants legal action to obtain title.  In Seattle WA, PC prefers local counsel.
