[WSBARP] Deed of Trust Nonjudicial foreclosure question

Greetings,

In a nonjudicial foreclosure of a deed of trust, if a trustee sends the
required notices to debtor's last known address, which are returned
undeliverable, then a couple weeks before the sale date the debtor notifies
trustee of a new address, is there any requirement to resend the notice of
sale or restart any timeline? This debtor left town and declined to leave a
forwarding address. Now he sends a request to know the status/payoff and
gives a new out-of-state address.

I have not found any requirement in the statute or cases. He is entitled to
a payoff quote. Anything else?

Thank you,
