Randy,

Check out proclamation 20-51 and its subsequent iterations regarding late fees, interest, fines, and conducting meetings/votes. It expires at 11:59 p.m. today, but it will probably be extended.

There is no proclamation addressing increasing assessments to my knowledge.

Do the Governor Covid Orders regulate collection of assessments for owner associations? Can the association assess late fees and penalties for late payment? Can dues be raised at the annual meeting?

Can the Association hold their annual meeting through Zoom even though the current covenants and rules do not address holding owner meetings in this fashion.

Any insight would be appreciated.
