Listmates,

I don't think that I've had to think about Tribal Court jurisdiction since
taking the bar exam. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Plaintiff is Washington corporation with a breach of contract claim against
a Defendant residing on Tulalip Tribal land. Service of process will need
to take place on the Reservation. The contract was executed outside of the
Reservation and provides that Washington state law controls. Does Snohomish
County Superior Court have personal jurisdiction over the Defendant if
served on the Reservation? Thanks in advance.

Sam
