[WSBARP] HOA Expert Witness

Hello Listmates:

Can anyone point me to someone who might serve as an expert witness
regarding HOA management issues? I'm in the Spokane area (as is the subject
HOA), but I don't necessarily think the expert necessarily needs to be
local.

Issues relate to a broad array of topics like calling and conducting
meetings, election of board members, and general HOA accounting. Knowledge
of best practices for management of a community water system would be a
plus.
