[WSBARP] caretaker contract

My caretaker contract is old and decrepit. Client is nonprofit responsible for managing protected acreage. Caretaker contract needed for services in return for residence on the property. I remember nightmares about overtime pay and scope of work and so on. Does anyone have anything I can steal from, please?
