It depends on the county and how many sales they have call the civil side of sheriff's office and they can tell you when the sale can occur once you have ordered on the praecipie

Dear list mates, my client is interested in a property that has gone through the judicial foreclosure process to a default order, but no judgment of foreclosure has been entered.  This is a probably abandoned residence.  Does anyone have any recent experience on how long it takes the sheriff to hold a foreclosure sale?  Assuming a judgment of foreclosure is entered.
