[WSBARP] light audit

Out of state client owns 1/2 of a small 2 unit commercial property which
has been managed by the other 1/2 owner.  Client believes co-owner has
"feathered his own nest' with the rents.  Client wants to hire someone to
analyze the books for improprieties.  It's pretty basic.  Any
recommendations?
