'Mates, I have been helping a client, a four unit condo, deal with a
difficult co-owner. We've got that problem resolved, but since the condo
was created in 1987 it has never really set up a formal structure or
complied with the terms of the form declaration (clearly written for a much
larger condo).

This HOA has few resources -- did I mention it had four units? -- and is
looking for an experienced HOA attorney who can provide some basic and
efficient legal services to help them understand their obligations, get
things squared away, and be compliant going forward.

Anyone interested? I do not assist HOAs in this fashion and so am a poor
fit. Please let me know and I will pass along your name as a referral.
