[WSBARP] Need a Contract for Option to Purchase Real Property w/ First Right of Refusal

Hello Fellow Listservers,

 

I have a client that needs a contract for an option to purchase real
property that affords the client the first right of refusal.  

 

Does anyone has a template/ exemplar of such a contract that you would be so
kind as to share with me?
