[WSBARP] Red Light Camera

Anyone familiar with these? I know that these are treated like a parking
ticket and nothing goes on the DL record.

 

Client wants to know if they contest it, can they be penalized with higher
fine and court costs, etc. Will their admission in court of being the driver
result in it appearing on their driving record?
