Listmates and home-dwellers:  I'm trying to find the actual state-wide moratorium regarding evictions (only finding articles about the announcement).  Initially, trying to figure out if the moratorium is on ALL evictions or only evictions that are based on lack of rent payment.  I have a client that would love to stay in his unit another month (and he'll pay the rent) but he was served with a proper termination of a month-to-month lease.   So, how do I get a copy of the actual language in the state-wide moratorium?
