[WSBARP] Requiring Rent for Using AIP Property

Listmates,

 

A daughter is mother's guardian.  Mother owns King County real property in
which  a son has moved into.  He pays no rent.  Taxes are in default.  The
guardian wants brother to pay rent.  Doesn't the current moratorium prevent
the imposition of a rental obligation?
