[WSBARP] 3rd Party Mortgage Cure?

I think the bank would have been happy with any written authorization in 
my listing situation, but the foreclosed owner had dropped off the face 
of the earth when they quit paying their dues.  Location unknown.  
Escrows usually get loan information just with an authorization form.  
So yes a power of attorney would almost certainly work.
