I'm involved in a mutiproperty (4) simultaneous 1031 exchange where two
parties who hold interests as tenants in common want to exchange interests
so that each property will be owned by one party. There are encumbrances on
some properties. I need referral to accountant that is familiar with tax
consequences of this type of exchange . Location of office is not important
