Subject: [WSBARP] seeking referral

PC is seeking a land use attorney specifically related to evaluation of effort required for potential new neighbor building up on property that is adjacent to  water - in West Seattle.

Questions-how high can neighbor build, and what other restrictions could neighbor encounter. PC wants to offer some dollars for restrictive covenant  before neighbor sells, wants information about potential hurdles to building, to give guidance to dollars to offer.
