[WSBARP] IT Consulting for Storage of Real Estate Brokerage's Records per WAC 308-124C-110(3)

Good afternoon,

A potential client would like referrals for IT consultants who have
experience with electronic storage systems for real estate brokerage
records that meet the requirements of the Washington Department of
Licensing - Real Estate. In particular, the system must comply with WAC
308-124C-110(3) <https://app.leg.wa.gov/WAC/default.aspx?cite=308-124C-110>.
In addition, it would be great if the consultant's systems have
successfully passed an audit by the DoL. The PC's goal is to keep all the
brokerage's records electronically and do away with paper files. Any
referrals or leads would be greatly appreciated.
