Still in effect, though due to expire June 4 at this point. See Gov. Procl.
20-19.1, attached.

evictions was also extended to align with 20-19.1:

I read Governor Inlee’s most recent proclamation extensions but saw nothing
regarding unlawful detainer actions.  Is that moratorium still in effect?
