[WSBARP] Receiver's powers

Cl is vendor in Real Estate Contract.  Vendee/Property is in
receivership.  Receiver can sell "free and clear of all liens and of all
rights of redemption ...  with all security interests and other
liens...attaching to the proceeds."  Receiver wants to sell property for
much less than the amount owed on the REC.  But Vendor under the REC has
"title" not a lien.  Question is, can the Receiver force the Vendor to
accept less for the title?  Or is Vendor treated as a mere lienholder
who can object or bid under RCW 7.60.260?

Thanks for your wisdom.
