[WSBARP] How to remove adult children who refuse to leave parents home

Listmates,

 

Two adult children (22 & 25) refuse to leave the family home.  They have
lived there all their lives, do not pay rent and told their father he would
have to sue them to get them out?  Before I bring an ejectment action; do
any of you have another idea as to how to remove these recalcitrant
children.
