[WSBARP] Filing Arbitration Award in Federal District Court

Listmates

I am the arbitrator in a case.  This is a private arbitration.  The parties want the award filed with  the federal district court since it deals with patents.  Can anyone provide guidance one how that is filed in the Western District of Seattle since there is not a case filed in the Court?
