[WSBARP] Need a Referral for a Surveyor

Hello Fellow List mates:

 

I need a referral for a surveyor for the purchase and sale for a narrow
strip of property that is not current a separate parcel, but is a portion of
the neighboring parcel.   Property is in Seattle.  Clients will also likely
need to do a parcel segregation once the property is surveyed and acquired.


 

If anyone has experience with a similar transaction, if you a few seconds
for me to pick your brain, I would appreciate it.  

 

Again, any and all referrals for a surveyor are welcome.
