[WSBARP] Foreclosure Commissioner's Deed Upon Sale - Next steps

Hi all -

I know the process well for gaining possession of property sold at non
judicial foreclosure with a trustee's deed - but I am not familiar with the
process or difference when a foreclosure commissioner's deed is granted at
foreclosure pursuant to 12 USC 3707-3713. It looks like all occupants who
are not tenants are treated as a "tenant at sufferance" - which I think
means reasonable notice and demand for possession has to be given followed
by an ejectment. However, I'm hoping someone here is willing to share their
experience in case I'm missing something.
