[WSBARP] distribution from 401(k)

Client wants to distribute real estate to himself individually from his 
self-directed 401(k) trust of which he is trustee.  What excise tax  WAC 
does he use -- 210 (irrevocable trusts) or 211 (mere change in identity) 
or other?  Anything else odd with this? Thanks for your input.
