Dear Listmates, I have a client who needs legal help with land use issues in Portland, OR.  He owns a large property with an existing building and apparently the local authorities are giving him difficulty about changes of use from a bed and breakfast to an Airbnb and also he wants help in licensing the place as a winery/tasting room.
