[WSBARP] Railroad law referral

This might be a stretch for the real property listserv, but does anyone have referrals or recommendations for a railroad law attorney? PC needs a sharp litigator who has tangled with railroads to prosecute a civil trespass and conversation case involving a local railroad carrier (not a "big guy" like BNSF). Any railroad law referrals or practical referral guidance would be much appreciated.
