[WSBARP] Reconveyance Request - Referral?

PC in East King County bought a property with a Promissory Note/Deed of Trust to Seller (i.e. Seller financed) about 20 years ago. Finished paying on the Note, needs Seller to do Reconveyance Deed. This is a bit outside my wheel house, so I’m planning to refer out, but I’m not sure if the referral should be to an attorney, title company, escrow company, etc.
