[WSBARP] Dept of Licensing - Slow Notary Renewal - 60 to 90 Day Backlog

I submitted my renewal 120 days before my March expiration. A little hard
for us solo real estate practitioners to practice when we can't notarize
anything. Lest we forget a couple of weeks for the physical notary stamp to
be produced.

"Rob:

I spoke with Jennifer at DOL, and according to Jennifer, we submitted your
application early enough (120 days before your notary stamp expires) but
the notary program is going through a change and as a result is backlogged
60-90 days from the day they processed your payment which was January 15,
2020.  Looking at maybe early April.  Jennifer reiterated we weren't late;
they are having problems keeping up with a system change."
