[WSBARP] IRS EIN system down tonight through Jan. 4

FYI: I just logged on to get an EIN and discovered the IRS's online system for obtaining EINs will be down from 5 p.m. Eastern today 12/23 until 7 a.m. Eastern on Monday, 1/4 (meaning all of next week at year-end).

Just thought it kind to share, as this is not what I'd call "thoughtful" of the IRS to do at year-end. Best, Josh
