[WSBARP] Landlord Question - Next legislative session

Landlords selling will have a moderating effect on the price of buying 
(increased supply), so buyers will benefit to some extent. Those 
adversely affected will be renters, particularly families who do not 
want to raise their kids in an apartment complex.
