I have no such experience, but wanted to remind you that you can run a search on the Secretary of State web site under "governor" and pick up any LLC for which the offender is listed as a governor.

Client has a large monetary Judgment against defendant due to a real estate scam.  Defendant is now operating under several unknown LLCs.  I believe that all supplemental proceedings are now being held via telephone.  I want to examine the defendant under oath and hold him to his answers.  Does anyone have recent experience with this?
