[WSBARP] Unlawful Detainer Based on Destruction of Premises

Listmates,

 

Client's tenant is destroying the property and refuses to allow client to
inspect any further.  I believe the client must do a declaration stating why
the tenant should be removed.  However, is that attached to a ten day notice
to comply with the lease or vacate that is served on the tenant, or some
other document?
