Be cautious after Gray v. Bourgette, 160 Wn.App. 334 (2011). Frivolous liens present a very high bar.

Bryce, here’s an old one that I did back in 2007. Hope it helps.

Somehow my forms got erased and I need forms for motion, affidavit and show cause order to get rid of frivolous liens under RCW 60.04.081.Liens patently invalid as they recite last day of materials and labor in February and the liens weren’t recorded until middle of June. Your assistance would be appreciated.
